February 2015: United American Bank purchases $900,000 Series E Preferred stock.

June 2013: United American Bank celebrates its 10th anniversary.

March 2013: United American Bank announces the purchase of $2.3 million Series D Preferred stock.

July 2012: United American Bank announces successful stock offering, raising $1.618 million in additional capital. 

October 2011: ATBancorp and United American Bank announce completion of $11.158 million capital stock investment.

June 2008: Third stock offering successfully completed, adding $5.3 million in additional capital. 

April 2008: United American Bank announces its third stock offering.

October 2007: The Mid-Peninsula Regional Office opens in Redwood City, California.

November 2006: The Coastal Regional Office opens in Half Moon Bay, California.

May 2005: Second stock offering raises $6.5 million in new capital.

January 2005: American Trust opens an office in the Bank headquarters in an affiliate relationship offers wealth management, trust, and retirement planning services. 

June 2003: United American Bank opened its doors on June 9, 2003 with the approval of the Department of Financial Institutions and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation granted insurance for the bank's deposits.

May 2003: United American Bank (In Organization) closed its stock offering having raised $15,125,000.00.

April 2003: United American Bank (In Organization) moved to its new headquarters location at 101 S. Ellsworth Avenue, San Mateo, CA 94401.

February 2003: United American Bank (In Organization) received a Stock Permit from the California Department of Financial Institutions authorizing the Bank to sell shares of its common stock to the public.
